Product contact parts are made in SS316L or SS304, selected to suit your product and cleaning regime. Non-contact parts and frames can be supplied in stainless steel or painted mild steel.
Welds on contact surfaces are ground and polished to remove crevices where product can collect. Internal surfaces can be mirror polished or matt finished depending on the application.
On request we share material test certificates, GA drawings and a factory trial report with each machine, so your QA team has what it needs for qualification.
